Signs/Symptoms:

PCL is most commonly injured by a blow to the front of the Tibia
The PCL originates on the posterior (back) tibia (shin bone) and attaches on the anterior (front) femur (thigh bone)
Major symptoms of a PCL tear include acute pain and chronic instability
MRI confirm PCL damage
MRI confirm PCL damage
Treatment: PRICE (protection, rest, ice, compression, elevation), physical therapy, in some injuries reconstruction is needed
